Over 3000 Values at Work surveys have been distributed to 70 randomly selected social services units across the territory. Employees, management, volunteers and board members are being asked how they see The Salvation Army’s core values integrated in their ministry unit. The results of this survey will provide social services leadership with a ’snapshot’ of how the organization values and practice across the territory are realized in our social services ministries.
