The initial survey was delivered to two pilot sites in June of 2006. These sites participated on a volunteer basis, and their feedback has allowed us to refine the assessment tool. We are continuing in conversation with these sites to discuss the survey results, as well as to determine what resources we can provide that would be of benefit to their units.

The pilot has also been done in conjunction with a focus group comprised of social services consultants, a ministry unit leader and representation from the program department. This group will continue to provide feedback as the project progresses.
